Robin Steigstra Msc. RDM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From 2021 to the present, Robin has worked as a Senior Product Lead for Flexible Payment Solutions at International Card Services (ICS), where they have been responsible for developing new value propositions and exploring strategic partnerships. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, Robin worked at Lloyds Bank NL as a Grid/Senior Product Owner for the Mortgage feature team.

From 2018 to 2020, Robin worked at Moneyou in two different roles. They served as a Portfolio Manager and Lead Product Owner for the public website services and CRM tooling, overseeing multiple development teams. They were also a Product Manager for Loans NL, responsible for product development and strategic projects.

Before Moneyou, Robin worked at Findio voor Auto from 2016 to 2018, where they held the position of Manager Commercial Midoffice. In this role, Robin built the department and focused on developing products and services aligned with the customer journey, while also facilitating collaboration between business and IT.

Robin's earliest work experience is at Credit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V. from 2007 to 2016. Robin Steigstra MSc. RDM has an extensive education history in the field of business and management. They have a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Leisure Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003.

In terms of post-graduate education, Robin pursued various Master's degrees and post-graduate certifications. They completed a Master's degree in bestuderen en inrichten van bedrijfsprocessen from Open Universiteit in 2009-2010. They also obtained a Master's degree in Advanced studies of management from Open Universiteit during the period of 2010-2011. Finally, in 2023, Robin completed their most recent education at Nyenrode Business University, acquiring a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategisch Innoveren.
