Marc LeBlanc currently works as a Project Manager II at IBTCI, overseeing the USAID Global Health Technical Assistance & Mission Support project. Prior to this role, Marc was a Program Officer at IREX, focusing on the Fulbright Teacher Exchange Programs and the USAID Morocco Career Center Program. Marc has a background in international relations and development, with experience interning at the U.S. Department of State and working as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Morocco.
