Ruslan Shaymardanov is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong focus on International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. Currently serving as an IB DP Workshop leader and school visit team member at the International Baccalaureate since December 2018, Ruslan has previously held various teaching and leadership roles, including Economics and Business Management teacher and Theory of Knowledge Coordinator at ABA Oman International School. With a solid foundation in curriculum development and educational leadership, Ruslan has contributed to multiple institutions, such as ACS Doha International School, Miras International School Astana, and AKA Schools Istanbul, each time enhancing program effectiveness and student engagement. Ruslan holds a post-graduate certificate with distinction in education studies and educational leadership from the University of Bath, alongside other degrees in education and finance from reputable institutions.
