Wallace Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Oakland University between 1978 and 1983. Wallace also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution during the same time period. In 2021, they completed the Senior Leadership Development Program offered by Aha! Leadership.
