KAMBERE Sylvain serves as the Country Finance Director for International Alert in the Democratic Republic of Congo since February 2024, focusing on donor financial reporting and compliance, while managing the Microsoft Business Central accounting package. Previously, KAMBERE held several key finance and administrative roles at the Wildlife Conservation Society, including Head of Finance and Administration for the KAHUZI BIEGA National Park Program and Interim Country Director of Finance, overseeing financial management and grant compliance. KAMBERE also worked as Regional Finance Controller for the Danish Refugee Council, Regional Operations Manager for AVSI Foundation, and Junior Auditor at Cabinet d'Audit Ecautef, where responsibilities included budget management, operational oversight, and compliance with financial standards. KAMBERE's educational qualifications include an MBA from Atlantic International University and a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from ISESOD.
