Nadjia Carriman has diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Facilities Management Assistant at the Internal Revenue Service since October 2018, where previous positions included Initial Assistance Representative, Staff Support Assistant, and Contact Representative. Prior to this, Nadjia worked as a Transportation Security Officer at the Transportation Security Administration from January to September 2018, and as a Contact Representative at FEMA for a brief period in late 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a Data Entry Specialist at Document Systems, Inc. and a Customer Service Representative at the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. Nadjia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Prince George's Community College, completed in December 2022, and obtained a High School Diploma from Northwestern High School in 2013.
