Erik K. is currently a Java Application Developer and IT Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service, focusing on developing and testing Java software applications and documenting technical specifications. Previously, Erik graduated from Skill Distillery, where skills in designing Java full-stack applications and creating RESTful microservices were developed. Erik's experience also includes serving as a Senior Paralegal in the United States Army Reserve, managing a legal office for over 2,000 personnel, and working as a Paralegal at Allstate, preparing extensive case files. Earlier roles include a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator at Martin Sprocket & Gear, and a Paralegal in the US Army, as well as serving as an Aviation Mechanic in the US Navy. Erik is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Oakton College.
