Andrea Chapman is an experienced professional in transformation, strategy, and public policy with significant roles in various governmental organizations. As the Deputy Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at the Internal Revenue Service, Chapman focuses on strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Principal Deputy Director at the Office of Refugee Resettlement within the Department of Health & Human Services and as the Director of the Office of Strategy, Performance & Results at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Additionally, Chapman held the position of Senior Advisor for Legislative Affairs at the Internal Revenue Service and contributed as a Brookings Institution Fellow for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. Andrea Chapman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
