Jessica Milligan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting policy, internal audit, corporate strategy, tax, and treasury. Since joining Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in July 2006, Jessica has held several key positions including Accounting Policy & Reporting Strategy Director and Head of Internal Audit, where the internal audit function was established under their leadership. Jessica has also supported the Executive Committee in executing corporate strategy aimed at enhancing assets under management through various growth strategies. In the treasury function, Jessica developed policies and processes, established a treasury team, and implemented risk reporting mechanisms. Prior to ICG, Jessica served as Corporate Tax Manager at Deloitte and worked in corporate tax at Andersen.
