Friederike von Bünau, CFA, currently serves as an Investment Manager in Real Estate Debt at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since September 2021, specializing in the origination, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions in the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on the German and UK markets. Prior to this role, Friederike was an Associate at Brookland, where valuable experience was gained in providing innovative solutions for real estate investment banking. Additional experience includes an Analyst position at AQR Capital Management and an Associate role at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott, which specializes in hotel brokerage and investment banking. Early career experience includes a position as an Asset Management Trainee at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Friederike holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL and a Leaving Certificate from Wilson's Hospital School in Ireland.
