Dionysios Kola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation, currently serving as the Change Management & Transformation Associate Director at Intermediate Capital Group since February 2021. Previously, Dionysios held the position of Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities included leading process automation and transformation projects in Risk, Finance, and Treasury. Prior to that, Dionysios worked at Deutsche Bank as a Change Manager and Transformation Project Manager, focusing on process improvements and strategic project management in Global Procurement and Finance.
