Dale Overcash has extensive experience in metal fabrication and project management, spanning over 38 years in various roles. Currently serving as a sheet metal mechanic at Intermech, Inc. since June 2010, Dale oversees equipment operation, fabrication, and special projects while also functioning as a supervisor, instructor, and adviser. Prior experience includes roles as a level three civil supervisor at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC, where supervision of manpower and project direction was key, and as a superintendent at Superior Air Handling, focusing on HVAC fabrication and assembly. Dale has also managed fabrication projects at BK All-American and held the position of president treasurer at Overcash Enterprises Inc., coordinating all operational aspects. Earlier experience includes serving as secretary and treasurer at OMC Fabricators. Dale's proficiency is further supported by extensive on-the-job training in metal fabrication, clay mining, plastics, fiberglass, and plant maintenance.
