Martin de LALEU is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at ±õ²Ô³Ù±ð°ù³¾²¹°ù³¦³óé since January 2022, Martin has previously held key positions such as HR Business Partner at STMicroelectronics, responsible for a production night shift of around 250 employees, and at ArianeGroup, where Martin coordinated HR campaigns and implemented corporate strategies for a similar employee population. Prior experience includes managing expatriation for Safran in North America, leading projects on HR information systems and Total Rewards Statements, and supporting recruitment efforts at Blue-Search Conseil. Martin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from CIFFOP, along with two Bachelor's degrees from NEOMA Business School and Avans University of Applied Sciences.
