Ilona Bassin, MBA, MPH has extensive work experience in talent management, HR operations, and talent development. Ilona is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Interior Logic Group, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, from November 2017 to May 2022, they worked as a Senior Group Manager of Talent Management at Hyundai Motor America.

From 2006 to 2017, Ilona worked at Molina Healthcare, where they held multiple roles. Ilona began as a Senior Facilitator and Talent Development Specialist, responsible for developing tools for new hire onboarding, setting collaboration standards, and designing training programs. Later, they became the Manager of Learning and Development, focusing on employee training content. Finally, they served as the Director of Talent Development and Talent Retention, leading a team of HR consultants and providing strategic guidance on various HR initiatives.

Prior to their time at Molina Healthcare, Ilona worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2004, gaining experience in teaching and academia.

Throughout their career, Ilona has demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee performance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Ilona has a strong track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals and implementing innovative solutions to drive employee engagement and retention.

Ilona Bassin, MBA, MPH, earned their Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Long Beach, from 2008 to 2011. Ilona also obtained a Masters in Public and Community Health Education from the University of Maryland, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. in International Studies/Economics from the University of South Florida, from 1998 to 2002. Ilona Bassin has also acquired additional certifications including Everything DiSC®, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect®, Korn Ferry Team Architect®, and Senn Delaney Certified Culture Shaping Facilitator.
