Yoav M. Cohen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial advisory, business consulting, and executive coaching. Currently serving as a member of the Trusted Advisor Group at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., and as the Managing Partner and CEO of NYC Advisors, LLC since 2001, Yoav has a proven track record in preparing companies for sale and enhancing their operational efficiency. Additional roles include Business Consultant at CIRCA JEWELS, LLC; Partner and Board Member at Stark Office Suites; and InterimExecs member on the 2017 RED Team. With previous positions as Interim CFO at Future Care Consultants and CFO at MKM Ventures LLC, Yoav possesses a strong background in financial management, due diligence, and strategic growth, supported by an MBA in International Finance and a BBA in Economics & Finance from Baruch College.
