Jane Odegard is a seasoned professional in clinical services and program development with extensive experience in mental health and substance use treatment. Currently serving as the Clinical Services and Program Development Officer at Interim, Inc. since April 2015, Jane provides strategic support and training to executive leadership. Previous roles include Deputy Director at a non-profit agency overseeing programs for over 1,000 adults with serious mental illness, and Program Manager for both residential and day treatment programs focused on evidence-based practices. Jane's diverse background also includes mediation work in restorative justice, teaching at California State University, Monterey Bay, and case management for behavioral health services in various settings. Jane holds a Doctorate and Master's in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services.
