Kuba Jonczyk has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2000, they worked as an Administrator at Pro Futuro S.A. From 2001 onwards, they served as an IT Specialist at Weco-Travel, Interhome Poland, and later as the IT Head Specialist at the Agricultural Market Agency. In 2005, they also worked as a Lecturer at Wyzsza Szkola Przedsiebiorczosci i Nauk Spolecznych. In 2006, they became the Owner of Bluebit, a role they continued until the present. Additionally, in 2011, they started their own business as the Owner of Mieszkania Wakacyjne, specializing in vacation rentals. This venture lasted until January 2020.

Kuba Jonczyk completed their education in the field of IT at Politechnika Lubelska, where they earned their MSC degree from 1996 to 2001.
