Previously, Arno La Haye held the position of Managing Director at Intergas Verwarming B.V., a notable Dutch manufacturer of residential heating appliances. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Managing Director at DEJONG Hot Water Tanks and CEO at Inashco, alongside tenure as Managing Director and Operations Manager at Visser & Smit Hanab. Early career includes roles at Siemens and Energieproductiebedrijf UNA. Arno La Haye holds a Master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has completed senior leadership and high potential programs.
