Marleen's career began with roles at Residentie Molenwijck and Schiphol Real Estate, among others, in diverse capacities ranging from operations management to corporate strategy. Marleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel & Facility Management from NHTV Academy and a degree in International Hotel Management from De Rooi Pannen.
