Marjolein van Breugel is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, recruitment, and business development. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at Interfood Group since November 2018, Marjolein previously held various positions at EY from 2010 to 2018, including Manager of HR Shared Services, where restructuring and the introduction of Daily Kaizen occurred. Marjolein also managed the onboarding process and improved employee experience as Project Manager in Learning & Talent Development, and led a team in Campus Recruitment. Earlier career experience includes roles as Business Development Consultant at Randstad Malaysia and Recruitment Consultant at Randstad. Marjolein holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University and a LEAN Blackbelt certification from 5ST3PS.
