Mariët Elshof is a seasoned Talent Manager with extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and employer branding. Currently serving at Interfood Group since January 2022, Mariët collaborates closely with business and regional HR managers to design and execute talent management strategies. Previous roles include Talent Development Manager (interim) at Eikk Onderwijsgroep, Co-Founder and Talent Management Expert at HumanFocus, and Operations Director at Maximum. Mariët has also held significant positions at the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China, People & Co Consultancy, and HEINEKEN, showcasing a strong track record in leadership and strategic talent development initiatives. Academically, Mariët holds an Executive Master for Change from INSEAD and a degree in Onderwijskunde from the University of Groningen.
