Joost Boot is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a comprehensive background in managing operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Logistics & Supply Chain at Interfood Group since September 2019, Joost oversees the European hub's logistics operations, including supply chain planning and value-added logistics. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Coolworld Rentals, where responsibility encompassed European operations, and Area Manager at Van Gansewinkel, focusing on commercial waste management. Joost's career also features significant positions at Van den Bosch Transporten, where leadership in project management and business unit operations was key.
