Kevin (K.C.) Thompson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and programming. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Interface Americas since October 2009, Thompson specializes in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within Business Systems, focusing on IBM iSeries operational support and DSI's Mobile Enterprise Platform. Prior to this role, Thompson worked as a Contract Programmer/Analyst at Sapphire Technologies, developing Order Entry and Invoicing applications for Legacy AS/400 systems, and held a Senior Programmer/Analyst position at Duracell Manufacturing, where responsibilities included application development and technical support for AS/400 processes. Additionally, Thompson gained valuable experience at WestPoint Pepperell and WestPoint Stevens, maintaining corporate systems and developing data interfaces. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, Thompson holds a BBA in Management of Information Systems.
