Stephen V Horton has extensive experience in network support and administration, currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC since April 2013, providing Tier I - III level support for a multi-site storage facility along the Houston Ship Channel. Prior to this role, Horton worked as a Systems Engineer at The Weston Group, supporting the US Healthcare Industry, and held the position of Network Administrator at Harris County Public Library, where support was provided to 28 branches and various educational institutions. Additionally, Horton instructed computer classes as a Lab Trainer and Desk Assistant at the Library and has held a managerial position at Rishel Enterprises.
