The Leadership Team at Intercommunity Action is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring operational excellence across all programs. Comprising key executives such as the President & CEO, COO, and VP for Finance & Human Resources, the team collaborates to allocate resources, enhance service delivery, and develop initiatives that promote community engagement and support for individuals with Aging, Behavioral Health, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Their collective vision and leadership foster an inclusive environment where residents can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.
