Shiam Z. has a diverse work experience starting from 2004 as an Instructor at SSITM where they taught Electronics Engineering, VLSI Design, VLSI Technology, and Microprocessors. Shiam then worked independently as a Salesforce Consultant from 2015 until an unknown date in 2019, where they analyzed business requirements and implemented various Salesforce features for automation. After that, Shiam joined Google as a Salesforce Administrator from February 2018 to April 2019, where they managed the Salesforce database and provided technical support. Shiam then worked at LinkedIn as a Deal Desk Strategist from April 2019 to December 2019, reviewing insertion orders and legal documents for compliance. Shiam then joined Scalyr as a Salesforce Administrator from December 2019 to June 2020, where they managed Salesforce configuration and maintained data quality and compliance. Currently, Shiam works at Intercom as a Business System Analyst starting in July 2020.

Shiam Z. has a strong educational background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. They pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in this field from Aligarh Muslim University.
