Oseas Filho began their work experience as an International Exchange Student in Dublin, Ireland from September 2018 to December 2021. In 2020, they became a Computing and IT Student at TU Dublin, where they worked on projects involving website development and OS configuration. Since December 2021, Oseas has been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Intercom, troubleshooting web errors and API calls. Oseas later transitioned to the role of Customer Support Engineer, where they work directly with product teams to identify and solve customer issues.
Oseas Filho is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Technology at TU Dublin, which is expected to be completed by 2024. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidade Federal do Amazonas in 2018.
