Keith Metzger has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Keith currently serves as the Global Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Intercom, where they manage sales engineering teams across various regions and focuses on expanding the team globally. Keith is dedicated to improving deliverables and ensuring consistency in execution and collaboration.

Prior to joining Intercom, Keith worked as the Senior Manager of Pre-sales Solution Engineering at Skuid, where they built and managed a global pre-sales engineering team. Keith played a crucial role in driving sales through value selling of Skuid and worked closely with various stakeholders to develop strategies and deliverables.

Keith also has extensive experience at Oracle, where they held multiple positions. As a Senior Sales Consulting Manager, they managed a team of international sales consultants and actively participated in the sales cycle of enterprise accounts. Keith also served as a Master Principal Sales Consultant, supporting Oracle Primavera Global Business Unit globally during the sales process of enterprise accounts.

Before Oracle, Keith worked at Primavera Systems as a Solutions Architect in Sales. Keith played a key role in driving and supporting the sales cycle by providing functional and technical expertise on Primavera solutions to prospects and customers around the world.

Keith's early career includes roles at SSA Global (now Infor) and Walker Interactive Systems. Keith served as a Senior Solutions Specialist in Pre-sales at SSA Global, where they demonstrated e-Business solutions and played a pivotal role in closing deals. At Walker Interactive Systems, Keith worked as a Project Manager and Consultant in Professional Services, managing post-sale implementation of financial solutions at customer sites globally.

Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated expertise in sales engineering, pre-sales, team management, value selling, and technical consultancy.

Keith Metzger studied Business Economics and Geography at UC Santa Barbara. Keith also attended Universidad de Granada in Granada, Spain. Before that, they attended Miramonte High School in Orinda. Keith Metzger graduated from ACS International Schools in Cobham, England in 1983, where they studied.
