Daniele Valenza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Daniele is currently working at Intercom as a Senior Product Engineer since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Product Engineer at Intercom from October 2021.

Before joining Intercom, they worked at Guidewire Software. Daniele served as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Software Engineer from January 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant from October 2017 to December 2017, and as a Solution Consultant from February 2015 to October 2017.

Daniele Valenza also gained research experience during their time at University College Dublin. Daniele completed a research internship from February 2014 to August 2014, and also participated in an LLP Erasmus program for thesis research from February 2014 to June 2014.

Daniele Valenza holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Salerno, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in their education, they attended the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "Luigi Amabile" in Avellino, where they studied Economics and obtained a degree as a Chartered accountant and programmer (Ragioniere perito commerciale e programmatore) from 2003 to 2007.
