Senior Group Product Manager at Intercom

Christine Zdelar has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Christine is currently working at Intercom as a Staff Product Manager, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Intercom from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Intercom, Christine founded Revol Coaching in 2019, where they provided career coaching services to women, helping them navigate career shifts and advocate for themselves.

Additionally, they partnered with the sales team on upsell and retention strategies for key accounts.

Christine's experience at POLITICO as the Director of Product Management & Strategy involved establishing the company's first product management team and developing the product strategy for their B2B offerings. Christine also collaborated with the sales team on upsell and retention strategies for high-value accounts.

Christine's career started at Capital One as a Principal Product Manager from 2012 to 2015.

Christine Zdelar pursued their education at Trinity College Dublin, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management in the years 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended William & Mary from 2008 to 2012, obtaining their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy.
