Chuck Lawson is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in retail and crisis intervention. Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at InterChange Group, Inc., Lawson previously held various leadership roles at RGIS, LLC, and spent over three decades at Kroger, where responsibilities included overseeing a $35M store, managing merchandising for 19 locations, and leading operations across multiple stores in Virginia and North Carolina. Early career experience includes serving as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Elkins Mountain School. Lawson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Marshall University.
