Paulo Cezar da Silva currently serves as an Analista de PCP at InterCement since June 2021. Prior to this role, Paulo worked as a Supervisor de Unidade at Grupo Suprema - Logística Industrial from March 2021 to June 2021, and as an Analista de PCP at Supremo Cimento S/A from April 2015 to October 2020. In earlier positions, Paulo held the role of Coordenador de Produção at InterCement from April 2013 to March 2015, and worked as a Supervisor de Logística at Camargo Corrêa from August 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, Paulo was the Coordenador de Logística at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA from August 2002 to August 2010 and began a career in logistics and production planning as a Supervisor PCP at AmBev from September 1995 to October 2001. Paulo holds a degree in Engenharia Química from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and completed a postgraduate degree in Gestão Empresarial from the same institution in 1999.
