Fabiano Silvestre has extensive experience in maintenance and electrical systems, currently serving as a Técnico manutenção at InterCement since April 2016. Previously, Fabiano worked at Unidata Automação as an Eletromecânico, focusing on electrical maintenance for motors and control systems from August 2014 to October 2015. Prior to that role, Fabiano was an Eletricista Eletrônico at Comau, responsible for the electrical maintenance of industrial machines, CNC machining centers, and general electrical equipment from 2013 to 2014. Fabiano holds a degree in Eletrotécnica from Uniten, completed between 2010 and 2012, and a qualification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics from Senai, attained in 2006.
