Rafiul Shah is an experienced professional in operations and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Interactive Cares since September 2024. Previously, Rafiul worked at Light of Hope Ltd. as Manager of Online Learning for a brief period in mid-2024 and held several roles at Interactive Cares from September 2020 to July 2023, including Head of Operations and Deputy Head of Operations. Rafiul co-founded and convened the Global Education Summit from July 2021 to December 2022 and contributed as a Social Media Strategist at Selopia from July 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Rafiul served as Chief of Staff at Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) and was Head of Communication & Promotion for the Hult Prize at University of Dhaka in 2020. Rafiul holds a Master of Education in Language Education from the University of Dhaka, completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Education in Language Education from the same institution, completed in September 2022.
