Kate Mallory is a dedicated professional actively engaged in advocacy and policy development for children's education and human rights. Currently serving as a Social Media Officer for the Major Group for Children and Youth and a Senior Fellow at Global Campaign for Education-US, Kate is also involved with various policy and working groups at InterAction, including the Forced Displacement, Protection, and Children and Youth Working Groups. Elected as Co-Chair of the Human Rights Education & Democratic Citizenship thematic group within UNESCO, Kate actively contributes to global education initiatives and youth engagement through multiple organizations, including the LearningPlanet Alliance and the 100 Million campaign. As a Youth Delegate for the United Nations and a member of multiple global working groups focused on rights and education, Kate aims to promote equitable access to quality education and advocate against violence affecting youth. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Northeastern University, Kate's academic pursuits are complemented by research focused on social innovation in healthcare.
