Jay Cihla has extensive experience in infrastructure, security operations, and technical support, currently serving as an Infrastructure & Security Operations Analyst at Intelliworx since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jay held positions at 01.com, Inc. as Help Desk Supervisor, and at zMailCloud as Help Desk Manager from January 2008 to October 2021. Jay also worked at OnDeckTech as a Senior Support Specialist from February 2005 to February 2008. Jay holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Photography from Columbia College Chicago, completed in June 2004.
