Sanjay Singh is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in billing and revenue management systems. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Boingo Wireless since May 2021 and co-founding INTELLIOUS in March 2023, Sanjay has previously held significant roles including Software Development Manager and Team Lead at Rackspace, where responsibilities included managing key systems and leading cross-functional teams on complex billing transformation projects. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Boingo Wireless, Oracle, Portal Software, and UshaComm, where Sanjay designed and implemented various billing systems and integrations, achieving substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Sanjay holds a B.Sc in Engineering from Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, obtained in 1996.
