Joe Gerber has over 28 years of experience in executive leadership roles in the corporate world. From 2021 to 2018, they were the CEO of Intelligent Optical Systems, Inc., a highly innovative R&D organization and supplier of sensor, test, and measurement technology to industry, government, and research markets. From 2018 to 2016, they were the COO and Interim CEO of Cresta Capital Partners, LLC, where they spearheaded financial and organizational restructuring of a medical imaging business to increase EBITDA to >30%. From 2016 to 2011, they were the President of Airworthy Cabin Solutions, LLC and Airworthy International, LLC, where they provided strategic leadership to turnaround newly acquired engineering design and aerospace composites companies, respectively. From 2011 to 2002, they were the President and COO of Smartlabs, Inc., a leading authority on electronic home improvement and automation. From 2002 to 1998, they were the President of Composites Unlimited (an EnCore Aerospace company). From 1998 to 1993, they were the Managing Director of USBX (acquired by Imperial Capital, LLC) and eMerge Corporation (acquired by USBX Advisory Services). Lastly, from 1993 to 1991, they were the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup SSB (GCF, Inc. Subsidiary). Joe also held a Consultant role as Director of Operations in the Sports & Leisure Department of Nissho Iwai American Corp (A Sojitz Company) from 1991 to 1993.

Joe Gerber completed their MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and their BS in Aeronautical Studies with a focus in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
