Nitin Gawli has over 10 years of experience in HR roles. Nitin started their career at Accenture as an HR - Senior Executive, where they worked from 2007 to 2008. Nitin then joined EFG Wealth Management India Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they briefly worked at Prime Focus as an HR. Since 2013, they have been working at Intellect Bizware Services Pvt .Ltd as the Head of HR.

Nitin Gawli obtained a Bachelor of Laws(LLB) from the University of Mumbai in 2018. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Human Resource from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education in 2012. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in HR from Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in Mumbai.
