Pramod Chalaiah currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at Intelizign since June 2023. Previously, Pramod held the position of Head - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & IT Delivery at Philips Domestic Appliances from July 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of SAP PLM and aligning processes with the internal leadership team. Prior to that, Pramod spent nearly nine years at Philips Innovation Campus in various roles, including Senior DevSecOps Manager, where management of program finances and implementation of SAFe methodology were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Pramod worked at Satyam Computers as a Consultant and Project Manager overseeing Agile PLM projects and led a team of over 80 members. Pramod began the professional journey as a Support Engineer at Agile Software and a Software Engineer at Magnasoft Consulting Pvt India Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Nagpur University.
