Mohamed Benktib has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Mohamed started their career as a Helpdesk Support Technician at Voxel Group where they provided technical assistance to clients using an electronic transaction platform. Mohamed then became a Project Manager and Technical Implementation Specialist, responsible for managing integration projects for new clients in the hospitality and invoice issuing sectors.
Mohamed later joined HP as an Ecommerce Manager, where they focused on setting up and maintaining eCommerce accounts and managing customer data.
Following their time at HP, they worked at UVE I Route to Market data intelligence as a Business Developer, responsible for prospecting the national FMCG market and presenting the company's eCommerce platform to distributors. Mohamed also handled customer queries, coordinated project implementation with the technical team, and managed contract drafting and invoicing.
Currently, Mohamed is the Head of Customer Success at Intelia CDP, a SaaS software company specialized in ecommerce, horeca, and retail. In their role, they lead the Customer Care Department and oversees the planning and execution of new projects.
