Robert Harish Vadagley has extensive experience in the IT recruiting Industry. Robert started his career as an IT Recruiter at IT America Inc in 2014, where he learned End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, screening and on-boarding candidates.. Robert then joined Centillionz in 2015 and took on the role of Bench Sales Recruiter, where he maintained friendly rapport with consultants and as well as his prime vendors. Robert was later promoted to Team Lead, leading a team of Bench Sales Recruiters and driving into placements. In 2017, Robert joined Inteli Platforms Inc as a Senior Team Lead and Driven the organization into success along with the team and then promoted as Sales Manager and Leading IT Operations - Bench Sales, where they focused on providing Resources to their clients with an amazing working experience through their team.
