Paul Wealls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, business development, and leadership in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Intel Corporation, Paul has successfully led market-winning strategies in Edge AI and software partnerships. As a mentor at Intel Ignite and a visiting researcher at Newcastle University Business School, Paul supports startup growth and contributes to Edge AI research. Paul founded and leads the IoT North community, fostering innovation among over 15,000 members. Previous roles include Director of Product at ADLINK Technology, Non-Executive Director at Grape Software Limited and medii8, and CEO of B&W Designs Ltd. Paul holds degrees in Interactive Media and Media Production from various institutions, coupled with an Industry Qualification in Product Management & Marketing from 280 Group.
