William Schrensky has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William started their career in 1983 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in logistics and infantry. William served in the military until 2007. After that, they joined GenCorp in 1993 and worked in various roles, including supervisor, industrial engineer, and process engineer. In 1995, they switched to Cooper Standard Automotive, where they held various positions, including engineer, business unit manager, and plant engineer until 2006. William then moved to Cooper-Standard Automotive in 2006 and served as a plant manager for AVS systems until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Launch Operations for North America. In 2013, they joined Cooper Standard as the Director of Operations for the North America AVS and Mixing departments. William held this position until 2018 when they joined Integer Holdings Corporation as the Senior Director of Operations.
William Schrensky attended Marietta College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.
