Rhona Hunt is a seasoned professional in medical device design and research, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Integer Holdings Corporation since April 2019, focusing on neurovascular, cardiovascular, and peripheral guidewires. Prior to this role, Rhona operated a consultancy from April 2017 to April 2019 and co-founded Ostoform, where significant contributions included the development of the Ostoform FlowAssist product to enhance patient quality of life. Rhona's experience also encompasses a BioInnovate Fellowship at the University of Limerick, where innovative ostomy solutions were developed, and work as a Mechanical Designer at Bio-medical Research Limited, specializing in neurotech devices. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in BioInnovation from the University of Limerick and two Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Design.
