Cole Flatz is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation since September 2021, Cole previously held various roles at Medtronic from December 2016 to September 2021, including Principal Manufacturing Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
