Richard Schobert is an experienced banking executive with a diverse background in risk management and consulting. Currently serving as the Founder of Integro Bancorp Inc. since December 2020, Richard previously held the position of Director at Verdigris Holdings, Inc. from November 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, Richard retired as Chief Risk Officer at Byline Bank after a tenure from October 2013 to October 2019. As Managing Partner and CEO of Schobert & Carper, LLC from August 2011 to April 2013, Richard specialized in Credit Risk Management, Regulatory Relations, and Enterprise Risk Management consulting for the banking industry. Additional experience includes serving as EVP/Chief Operating Officer at West Valley Bancorp, Inc. from June 2010 to June 2011, followed by a significant role as Assistant Deputy Comptroller for the Arizona/New Mexico Field Office at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from July 1997 to December 2009. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
