Ashish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Currently serving as a Senior RF Optimization Engineer at Avacend Solutions Pvt Ltd since August 2015, Ashish also holds the position of Project Manager at Integrated Wireless Solution Pvt. Ltd. since February 2015, overseeing project requirements, delivery, and closure. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Reliance MS from 2010 to 2014, where responsibilities included monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI), parametric optimization, conducting drive tests, and preparing analytical reports. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering from REC Bhalki, earned between 2000 and 2004, complemented by early education at Notre Dame Academy.
