Zeid Risheq has a strong background in human resources and learning and development. Zeid worked at Integrated Technology Group (ITG) from 2010 to the present, holding various roles including Learning & Development Lead, Senior HR Development, Senior HRIS & Recruitment, HR Development Officer, HR Officer, and HR Trainee. Prior to joining ITG, Zeid co-founded their own business in 2009 and worked there as a Co-Founder until 2010.

Zeid Risheq completed their primary education at Ahliyyah & Mutran School. Zeid went on to pursue a secondary education with a focus on the scientific path at Al Ittihad Private School. Zeid then attended Applied Science University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
