Cathy Bailey has extensive experience in management and operations within the healthcare and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Resource Center Manager at Integrated Marketing Technologies since September 1998, Cathy oversees time card approvals, departmental workflow, and client billing reporting to ensure high client satisfaction alongside the Account Management team and the VP of Client Advocacy. Prior to this role, Cathy was a Medical Assistant at Drs. Harris, Brooks & Associates from May 1997 to October 1998, where responsibilities included patient check-in, vital sign monitoring, and coordination with pharmaceutical representatives. Cathy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Tiffin University, expected to graduate in August 2025, and holds an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Cuyahoga Community College, completed in May 2021.
